Safety Campaigns

In 2020 while most of the world was sheltering in place, the transportation industry came to a screeching halt. School buses that once overflowed with boisterous kids were now quietly clustered in vacant parking lots. Assisted living facilities were reluctant to shuttle residents anywhere. Given the circumstances,  bus retail wasn't really on anyone's radar. 

As the marketing manager for Hudson Bus Sales, I was tasked with finding ways to keep the company relevant to its customers. I partnered with our sales team to identify customer pain points, and came up with an "in this together" approach. We launched a series of helpful campaigns with an undercurrent of empathy that earned trust with customers.
